Aston Microphones Apex Microphone - Void

Aston Microphones Apex Microphone - Void

Are you excited about the prospect of combining two microphones into one convenient handheld dynamic mic? Have a look at the Aston Microphones Apex Microphone - Void. With dual voices derived from the TEC Award-winning Aston Stealth, you get a choice of two world-class vocal voicings without having to change mics! The Apex works by auto-detecting phantom power, thus operating in either passive or active modes. When phantom power is detected, a built-in Class A preamp engages to provide 20dB of smooth, natural gain boost. Of course, engineers have discovered this microphone sounds stellar in passive mode as well, with a cardioid polar pattern that focuses directionality and a 20Hz to 16kHz frequency response that's ideal for speech and vocal applications.

Aston Microphones Apex Features:

• Handheld dynamic microphone with dual-voice technology leveraged from the award-winning Aston Stealth

• Phantom power auto-detect with fully balanced and floating discrete Class A preamp for 20dB ultra-clean gain boost when phantom power is detected

• Cardioid polar pattern with precise directionality and off-axis rejection

• 20Hz–16kHz frequency response is ideal for speech and vocal music applications
