How to choose
Choose speakers for the size of the room and the type of sound. Speech needs clarity, while music needs more power and low end.
Beginner
If you need your first speakers, a pair of powered 12-inch speakers covers most small events, meetings and practice rooms. Behringer Eurolive and Wharfedale models are simple to use. For very portable use, battery-powered systems such as the Behringer B1C play without a power outlet. Use proper stands and place the speakers in front of the microphones.
Intermediate
