How to choose
Decide whether you want the standard Fiesta Cajon or the version bundled with a bag for transport.
Beginner
A first time percussionist should sit comfortably on the Fiesta Cajon with feet flat and start with simple bass tones in the centre and slap tones near the edge. Keep it indoors away from humidity changes, which can affect the wood over time.
Intermediate
As your technique develops, focus on the difference between the front face and side taps on the Fiesta Cajon to build more varied patterns. The bagged version makes sense if you are carrying it to rehearsals regularly.
Expert
Experienced players can use the Fiesta Cajon as a lead rhythm instrument in an acoustic set, working the full range of tones it offers. Check screws and internal parts periodically, and store it in its bag when travelling to protect the finish.

About Gon Bops in Percussion
Gon Bops is known in the percussion world for cajons built for direct, punchy tone under the hands. They work well in acoustic groups where a full drum kit would be too much.
This page carries the Fiesta Cajon in a choice of finishes and a version that comes bundled with a carrying bag.
