Your Go-To For Recording, Re-Amping, Practice...

Don't be fooled by the GP-5's modest, compact design - this thing is equipped to deal with the ever-changing needs of modern guitarists. The 1/4" output is headphone compatible for easy quiet practice, and also offers full stereo processing. For your recording needs, you're covered with Mac/PC/Android-compatible USB audio, so you can get those riffs, song ideas, and improv solos down in real-time.

Choose Your Impulse Responses

Explore the world of impulse responses with the GP-5's Sound Clone/Cabinet IR loading technology. Fancy a whopper 4x12? A compact open-back combo? Your favourite back-breaker valve amp that you want to take with you everywhere? The GP-5 can store up to 20 third-party IR files, and comes loaded with 50 meticulously-selected IRs ready to go.

Control Via The Valeton Suite Smartphone App

Whether you're practicing on the go, prepping for a session, or bedroom jamming, the GP-5's quick-edit 'Valeton Suite' app makes tonal switching & library management simple. Connect via Bluetooth, browse your components, tones, and IRs, and switch between sounds on the fly.

You can download it for PC, Mac, Android, and iOS right here, or if you're on an iOS device you can find it in the App Store.

Import NAM files for infinite tonal possibilities

The GP-5 boasts the same NAM import functionality as its GP-200 siblings, letting you import universal amp & FX modelling files into your library. Here's how it works:

• Download & share NAM files with thousands of users worldwide

• Load NAM files into the GP-5 via the free software

• Each AMP and DST module has 5 loading slots

• NAM stands for Neural Amp Modeler, a universal format for guitar tone modelling with state-of-the-art accuracy
