Warm Audio Mutation Phasor II Phaser Pedal

Warm Audio Mutation Phasor II Phaser Pedal

While the history of guitar pedals stretches to the 1960s, the 1970s are arguably the decade during which the stompbox found its stride. And somewhere amid the era’s iconic fuzz pedal creations and time-tested delays, a humble electro-optical phaser pedal would set the standard for lush and funky phase-shifted tones. The Warm Audio Mutation Phasor II Phaser Pedal is Warm Audio’s exacting replication of the questionably spelled phaser pedal. It's constructed with a heavy-duty stepped metal enclosure, RC4558P op-amps, and premium vintage-style components across the board..

Even the 3-knob vertically lined control scheme of Rate, Depth, and Feedback knobs retains the exceptionally intuitive operation of the original. From adding a funky wobble to your bass lines to a straight-up psychedelic swirl, the Warm Audio Mutation Phasor II is pedal-sized gateway straight back to the first golden age of stompbox innovation.

Components worthy of the original

Like all of Warm Audio’s vintage-inspired replications, the Mutation Phasor II is more than a sonic re-creation — its components were handpicked to mirror the original. This pedal’s RC4558P op-amps, vintage-style diodes, carbon resistors, and film capacitors give the Mutation Phasor II pedal a seriously vintage vibe right down to its very core.

A trio of knobs to choose from

The Warm Audio Mutation Phasor II sports a vertical line of knobs that are accessible to even the most novice of phaser enthusiasts. The Depth knob increases the width and frequency range of the effect, taking you from a super-subtle wave of slight phase to sweeping modulation. The Feedback control injects feedback into your wet phase signal.. Lastly, the straightforward Rate control determines the speed of your phase, from ultra-slow 1/10th sweeps every second to a pulsing 18 sweeps per second.

Warm Audio Mutation Phasor II Phase Pedal Features:

• Startingly accurate replication of a classic electro-optical phase-shifting pedal with feedback circuit from the 1970s

• Delivers the same deep, swirling, and lush phasing tone as the original

• Retains the intuitive 3-control configuration of the original

• Iconic heavy-duty metal-box enclosure that perfectly captures the vibe of the original

• Built with premium components

• Buffered bypass operation keeps your signal strong when the pedal is disengaged
