Pearl P920 Powershifter Single Bass Drum Pedal

Pearl brings its award-winning pedal design and performance innovations to players everywhere in the affordable P920 PowerShifter. This single bass pedal features an Eliminator-style hinged footboard and DuoBeater dual-surface, Control Core beater for speed, comfort, and either classic or contemporary kick tones.

Pearl's streamlined single-chain design drives either of two interchangeable cams: choose the Perfect Circle Cam for a linear, more traditional response, or the Eliminator-style Eccentric Cam for greater acceleration as you approach the head. Adjustable spring tension lets drummers further dial in their preferred response. FrictionLess spring rollers reduce resistance and extend pedal life, while a bottom footplate with adjustable hoop clamp aids in stability.

Switchable cams yield a custom response

The P920 PowerShifter allows players to tailor their pedal response via two interchangeable cams. The Perfect Circle Cam yields a more traditional feel: the beater accelerates toward the bass head at a constant rate that will be familiar to most players. Eliminator fans and extreme pedalists will prefer the Eccentric Cam, which adds acceleration to the end of each stroke for added power.

Eliminator-style footboard

This PowerShifter looks to the Pearl Eliminator for its footboard design. Drummers of all styles — heel up, heel down, and side-to-side — can expect smooth, dependable performance out of the P920.

2-way DuoBeater

Whether you prefer your bass drum clicky and quick or round and full, the P920's included DuoBeater has you covered. Choose the felt side for traditional tones or the hard plastic for a faster, more deliberate attack. Pearl's Control Core smooths out playing response whatever your preference.
