The Greer Amps Southland Harmonic Overdrive is built on the renowned Lightspeed Organic Overdrive platform, taking it to the next logical step with more gain and enhanced tonal characteristics. Featuring two stages of clipping that utilize different diode types for each stage, this pedal delivers a focused midrange without the annoying “hump” and a touch of presence on top of the signal to help you cut through the mix.
Like the Lightspeed, the Southland is incredibly touch sensitive, responding beautifully to pick attack with dynamics that just won’t stop.
