DR Strings PB5-45 Pure Blues Quantum-nickel - Round Core Bass Guitar Strings - .045-.125 Medium 5-string

The first time we slapped a set of DR Pure Blues Quantum-nickel strings on a bass, we couldn't get over their phenomenal sound and feel. Not only did these handmade strings feel like they were made out of velvet, they delivered a fat, warm punch that, although it had a bit of edge to it, avoided any trace of harshness. It doesn't matter if you play with a pick or with your fingers, use passive or active pickups, or like to slap and pop - these strings sound amazing! Hand-wound on round cores for increased flexibility, DR Pure Blues Quantum-nickel bass strings will drench your playing in the expressive top end, sleek, scooped upper mids, and firm, round bottom you've been craving.
