Ahead Bass Drum O’S 6′′ Hole Port Ring – Black

Bass Drum O’s reinforce the edge of a port in your bass drum’s resonant (front) head. As a result, they create a clean, durable finish for venting the drum or positioning a microphone. This 6-inch port features a black finish that matches darker-coloured drum heads and shells.

Adding a bass drum port improves both the look and sound of your kit. Air escapes more freely, which creates a punchier, more controlled bass drum tone. In addition, sound engineers can position a microphone inside the drum more easily.

The durable ring snaps securely into a pre-cut 6-inch hole. It also protects the raw edge of the drum head and helps prevent tears over time. As a result, your drum head stays neat and lasts longer.

Bass Drum O’s also come in 2″, 4″, 5″, and 6″ sizes. Furthermore, you can choose from eight different finishes to match or customise your drum kit.

Please note: This product includes the reinforcement ring only. You must cut the hole before installation, either manually or with a compatible Bass Drum O’s hole cutter (sold separately). The drum head is not included.
