How to choose

Choose a Strymon reverb based on how many reverb types and how much control you need.

Beginner

A player new to dedicated reverb pedals can start with the blueSky, which keeps things simple with a focused set of reverb types. Set a moderate mix level to start, and try it on clean tone before adding other effects.

Intermediate

A player looking for more character can try the Olivera for oil-can style reverb, adding a distinct vintage texture to a pedalboard. Experiment with placing reverb last in your signal chain, and adjust decay time to suit the room you are playing in.

Expert

An experienced player wanting the deepest reverb options can look at the BigSky MX or the standard BigSky, both multidimensional units, or the Nightsky for more experimental textures. Build presets for different songs and use stereo outputs where your rig supports it, for the fullest sense of space on stage.
