At its core is a 100% analog, passive, inductor-based four-band EQ section with 26dBu of headroom — each band offers 12 selectable frequency points across a 22Hz–28kHz range, switchable Bell or Shelf curves, and a choice of Proportional or Constant Q, with independently bypassable bands for surgical or broad tonal shaping. Active high-pass and low-pass filters with selectable 12dB or 24dB/octave slopes (fully bypassable at the analog level) round out the filtering options, and the unit runs in DUAL, STEREO, or MID-SIDE modes for flexible stereo and spatial work.

Two selectable output stages let you choose the character of the EQ: GREEN mode delivers a clean, electronically balanced, punchy sound, while RED mode routes through a tube amplification stage (JJ ECC81/ECC82 tubes) and Carnhill transformers with an IRON PAD, adding warm harmonic saturation. A proprietary, fully bypassable THD circuit with 100-step variable control adds inductor-based saturation on demand, and a unique Band Listen Mode lets you isolate and audition each band's fundamental content via the LPF/HPF for precise tuning.
