Celestion V-type speaker delivers classic British tone
This extension cabinet features a 12″ Celestion G12 V-Type speaker. The V-Type gives you classic British tone with a warm body and distinctive growl. It has a ceramic magnet that gives you warm and balanced tone. Its expressive low end, clear midrange, and chiming highs are perfect for rock, blues, and all other music styles. Guitarists at Music Experience love how responsive and articulate this speaker is — it’s guaranteed to inject your Studio Vintage amplifier with classic musicality.
From the music store to stages everywhere
Jim Marshall didn’t start out building great amps. In fact, his entry into the amp world came about in part because the drummers that visited his music shop for equipment and lessons often brought along their guitar players. Conversations about their amplification needs led to the birth of a line of amps that would eventually change the sound of music. From those first humble creations to Pete Townshend’s first monster full stacks; from the mid-’60s combos to Hendrix to backlines of multiple Marshall rigs, there’s a reason why so many guitarists (including quite a few here at Music Experience) swear by Marshall amps. Try one out and see for yourself!
What Marshall Says…
The SV112 brings the instantly recognisable, all valve British tone of the 1959SLP direct to you. Suitable for capturing the world renowned classic rock sound of the 60’s, the SV112 brings the SV20H to life or can be used as an extendable cab for a SV20C. Hand crafted in Britain with one Celestion V-Type speaker this cab accurately recreates the definitive sound of rock ‘n’ roll in a lightweight, compact format.
Classic sound captured
The 1959SLP has inspired masses of guitarists the world over, and is heard on scores of iconic tracks, and now you can recreate that vintage British valve sound.
Take the tone home
The 1959SLP had a reputation as untameable, but the lightweight chassis of the SV112 now allows you to take the sounds of the 1959SLP from the stage and studio to your home.
